Choose garments, colours and sizes, then add screen printing, embroidery or heat press for each position. The estimate updates as you go.
Attach your logo and any notes, then send your quote request. You'll get an email with your reference number.
We confirm stock with our suppliers, prepare your artwork, and email your formal quote with a digital mock-up, usually within one business day.
Accept the quote and approve the mock-up, and we'll email your invoice. Pay by bank transfer to confirm your production slot.
We order your garments, decorate them, quality-check every piece, and deliver or have them ready for pickup.
10 pieces per brand. You can mix sizes, styles and colours from the same brand to reach it, for example 6 AS Colour tees and 4 AS Colour hoodies. If your quote includes a second brand, that brand needs 10 pieces too. Larger quantities get lower prices per piece.
It's an estimate based on our standard price list. Your formal quote confirms the final price after we check garment stock, artwork complexity and freight.
Only after you've accepted your quote and we've emailed the invoice. Production starts once the invoice is paid. For bulk overseas orders we invoice a deposit after sample approval, and the balance before delivery.
Standard local production is 10–15 business days from payment and artwork approval. Express service for events and exhibitions is 7–10 business days, subject to stock. Bulk overseas orders take 6–10 weeks.
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the best result. A high-resolution PNG or JPG also works. We'll tidy up and prepare simple logos free of charge and send a mock-up before production. Complex redraws are quoted separately.
Yes. We can supply blank garment samples so you can check size and fabric, or produce a single decorated sample at a small charge. For bulk overseas orders a pre-production sample is standard.
Yes, Australia-wide. Freight is added to your invoice at cost. Free pickup is available on the Gold Coast.
Yes. We keep your artwork and embroidery files on record, so re-orders and top-ups for new staff are quick and don't attract setup fees for embroidery.
Sometimes. Contact us first: we need to check the fabric suits the decoration method, and we can't replace customer-supplied garments that are damaged in production.
